Stress Busting for Working Parents Employees are recognised as a company's most valuable asset. With budgets under even more pressure it is vital to get a multi-faceted approach to any training programme. As a company, we are passionate about supporting people to find new ways of being and orientating to the world that will dramatically reduce the challenges and stresses of being a parent.
Our leading edge techniques will not only empower your people to be great parents but the skills they learn are also applicable in the workplace. Our approach combines the best of stress management, work/life balance, listening skills, communication, team working and leadership capabilities.
Empower your working parents
Many working parents will face challenges with their children; schooling, behaviours, what friends they are making, where they are spending their time, issues with their partner and their own health and money worries - all this creates a toxic package of feelings and emotions which play out into a variety of behaviours and actions inevitably leading to employees not being in their best state to perform to their potential.

“I personally believe that the most important benefit for a parent is the increased emotional awareness; this helps them manage changes in relationships in their family. We’ve found most parent coaching programmes do not address sensitive issues with teenagers.
Conventional parent coaching tends to be 'individual' in its approach. Family coaching is 'team'-focused so, in the family context, it overcomes the huge challenge in breaking down communication barriers while, in a business context, it provides your staff with the inter-personal skills to make a greater team contribution.”

Programmes
A typical programme could consist of an eight week course of 1.5 hours, with group teleconferencing and website forum support.
A more comprehensive service can be created by setting up our Family Coaching Café in your restaurant or suitable rest area for one day to research the particular requirements of your employees in terms of issues, timing and assessment. Whilst we already have a core curriculum, we want your working parents to be co-creating the final programme. This will help get their buy-in and also answer any outstanding questions from management.
We tailor the programme and support package to your individual requirements and budget based on:
1) Programme linked with your HR/Employee strategy 2) Workshop – hours, days, evenings or weekends 3) Clinic – 15 minute personal session 4) Group teleconferences/website forum 5) Telephone/email support 6) Individual or family coaching programme 7) Creating/integrating internal support system
