The challenge
The arrival of a child is a time of great joy, of dreams and hopes for the future. That glow can dim as time passes and the reality of bringing up children in a world that is often harsh and always fast-paced overwhelms us. Hopes can turn to frustration, communication can become toxic and relationships can become fragile.

Over time, we move from living through the infinite potential of this child to living through the problems. The problems become the lens through which every conversation turns into an argument and every action turns into a rebellion.

It’s hardly surprising that parents and children alike feel increasingly vulnerable and isolated. But how can you change it? We’re not taught how to parent in school and the way our parents did it no longer works because children really are different these days.

The way forward

Anyone can learn these techniques immediately and changes start from day one.
But what if you alone were able to transform your family? What if you could learn simple tools and techniques that really do work?

We have been working with families for over seven years. From our experience we can guarantee you is this: you can transform your family.

We have taken advanced coaching and emotional literacy techniques and applied them to family coaching. Family coaching doesn’t focus on ‘the problem child’, we focusing on changing the family dynamic instead. We believe that:

  • when one person changes how they act, they have an affect on every other family member

  • you can trust your gut instinct, all you need are the tools to help you act on what you already know inside

  • by learning how to take care of yourself, you teach everyone in your family how to care for themselves; how to cope with anger; how to make requests that are heard rather than demands that infuriate; and how to manage their emotions.
